At our middle school childcare location of our day school, up to 90 children are cared for daily. As of 17 August 2026 or by arrangement, our team is looking for support. Tasks ## • You are responsible for the planning, organization, and coordination of lunch and afternoon offerings. • You are interested in children and their life worlds and accompany them authentically, understandingly, and appreciatively. • With your open and benevolent attitude, you shape the cooperation within the team, with parents, and with teachers. • You complete administrative and operational tasks routinely and expeditiously. • You are willing to participate actively and interdisciplinary within the entire childcare team and at the schoolhouse level and to support developments. Profile ## • One of the following CH-recognized diplomas: Social Work FH/HFS; Social Pedagogy FH/HFS or an equivalent qualification. Kindergarten or primary school teaching diploma, university degree with a major in social pedagogy, pedagogy, or educational science, or EFZ Childcare Specialist • Assertive, resilient, structured, and practical-thinking specialist with great commitment and flexibility • Motivated and humorous personality with a positive view of people and an open mindset • Professional experience in pedagogical work as well as the ability to lead a large group of children with benevolent determination and creativity • Independence, sense of responsibility, as well as very good teamwork and communication skills We offer ## A varied, versatile, and independent activity in which you lead the group of children independently. Apply Apply About us ## The Schulkreis Zürichberg includes city districts 1, 7, and 8 with the quarters Altstadt, Fluntern, Hottingen, Hirslanden, Riesbach, and Witikon. The Kreisschulbehörde manages 17 schoolhouses. Attached to these are 44 kindergartens and over 40 childcare facilities of various sizes. Of the 13 organizational units, 9 are day schools. The Tagesschule Hirslanden Primar belongs to the beautiful Schulkreis Zürichberg. The primary school consists of four kindergarten classes, six lower primary classes, and six middle school classes. The total of 400 students are taught by approximately 40 teachers. The childcare area of the Tagesschule Hirslanden Primar includes three childcare locations for kindergarten children, one childcare location for lower primary children, and two childcare locations for middle school children.
