Janitor/Caretaker (Generalist) The Kooperative Speicherbibliothek Schweiz association is dedicated to the long-term and cost-effective preservation and access of written and cultural assets of all kinds. Our state-of-the-art, automated high-bay warehouse allows for efficient, space-saving, and conservatively oriented storage. With a committed team, lean processes, and innovative technology, we offer our members and customers an efficient library and logistical service around storage, management, digitization, and shipping of these goods. We are looking for a successor due to retirement for our small, sympathetic team a Janitor/Caretaker (Generalist), 60% - 100% Main tasks Central point of contact for all specific building-related technical questions Technical support for the construction project for the planned expansion Ensuring technical operation Maintenance of buildings and surroundings including cleaning, IPM, and repairs Creation and implementation of specialist concepts and documentation Management of maintenance contracts as well as planning and supervision of maintenance Support for area-specific procurement including delivery and invoice control Responsibility as safety officer (SIBE) Support for logistics in the warehouse and document delivery area Qualifications Completed training as a janitor/caretaker or maintenance specialist or equivalent technical training At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position Proven experience in building technology (e.g. HLKSE, mechanics, etc.) Experience with building control systems Experience or training as a safety officer and/or EKAS Structured, conceptual way of working with in-depth documentation understanding Good MS Office skills (SIZ diploma in computer science user I or equivalent) Stylistically correct German in word and writing as well as basic Austrian and English skills jpid6657b0cjm jit0728jm jiy26jm
