Job Description

• Expansion and further development of the existing candidate portfolio
• Recruitment of employees in the Basel region
• Pre-selection (suitability testing) of potential candidates and dossiers as well as conducting initial interviews
• Independent posting of advertisements on our homepage and on social media channels
• Building and expanding your own network (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others)
• Creating candidate dossiers and active cooperation with the responsible Consultant
• Assistance in the development of new strategies and implementing your own ideas for candidate acquisition

Desired Profile

• Technical or commercial training
• Great interest in recruitment and consulting
• Experience in recruitment is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; any further foreign language is an advantage
• IT affinity and interest in new technologies
• A communicative, well-organized personality with drive and willingness to succeed
