Our client is a group in the hospitality sector based in the Vaud Lake Geneva region and is looking to recruit for its human resources team a:

Experienced Payroll Administrator 100% (M/F)

Job Description
--------------------

• Complete management of payroll for several group sites (approximately 800 employees)
• Preparation, control, and closing of monthly salaries and variable pay according to the CCNT in force
• Interactions with finance during the closing of payroll accounts
• Processing of employee requests regarding payroll questions
• Administrative support to the human resources team
• Monitoring and analysis of various indicators and data related to salaries, processing of anomalies, and monitoring legal developments
• Participation in improvement processes

Profile sought
-----------------

• At least five years of successful experience in a complete payroll management position in Switzerland, ideally salaries subject to a CCNT
• Experience in a complex multi-site environment generating a large volume of payroll
• Good mastery of social charges, strong service orientation
• Rigor, organization, and precision are the qualities that define you in your way of working
