What you accomplish:

• Verification of requests for authorization for inpatient care based on medical reports in collaboration with the trusted physician
• Coordination between the client, service providers, and Sanitas
• Individual and personalized advice as well as support for clients in specific life situations (e.g., hospitalizations)
• Thanks to a unique range of services, you create real added value for our clients during daily telephone and written contacts (inbound and outbound)

Why you succeed:

• You possess excellent knowledge of French and Italian (C1 level oral and written)
• You have completed medical or commercial training
• Several years of experience in the field of social security or health
• You convince our clients with your high service orientation, your initiative, and your committed way of working
• You enjoy personal, telephone, and written contact with people and you are interested in health issues
