Bartender

Your tasks:

• Receiving, looking after and advising our demanding guests
• Managing your own service station including cash collection
• Preparation and serving of cocktails, long drinks and other beverages
• Participation in the development of new cocktail and beverage creations
• Preparation and organization of the bar area (Mise en Place)
• Checking and replenishing beverages and bar stock
• Support with inventories and goods orders
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene, safety and quality standards

Your profile:

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or experience as a bartender/barkeeper is an advantage
• Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and non-alcoholic beverages
• Resilience as well as the ability to work calmly even in stressful situations
• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Awareness of hygiene and compliance with legal hygiene regulations HACCP
