Production Planner

For our planning team, we are looking for a goal-oriented, tech-savvy, and resilient personality as a Production Planner 100%, starting immediately or by arrangement:   Your mission: As a Production Planner, you are responsible for the E2E production planning at the site and ensure that production priorities are translated into operational implementation in a realistic, transparent, and effective manner. In this role, you are the central interface between production, quality, logistics, as well as supply planning and component planning.   Production planning & control: • Responsibility for operational and tactical E2E planning including prioritization, scheduling, and coordination with production • Main contact person for production in all planning-relevant topics including active participation in shop floor formats • Creation, maintenance, and control of production orders in the ERP system Abacus • Ensuring a stable and realistic production plan taking into account material availability, capacities, quality releases, and operational restrictions and dependencies • Active management of schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and risks including transparent communication to relevant stakeholders   Data, systems & planning quality: • Ensuring high planning quality through accurate checking and monitoring of master data, material availability, and production-relevant dependencies • Identification and securing of critical planning parameters to create clean and reliable medium-term planning foundations at an early stage • Very confident handling of complex data structures, manual interfaces, and cross-system relationships   Process management & optimization: • Identification of weaknesses, inefficiencies, and sources of error in current processes as well as development of sustainable improvements with the aim of making processes more robust, transparent, and efficient • Responsibility for regular evaluations, analysis, and presentation of relevant production key figures, as well as • Introduction and further development of suitable key figures, reports, and evaluation options for better control • Contribution to the further development of the production strategy and the planning organization   Your profile: • Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or comparable • Several years of relevant professional experience in the production planning of a manufacturing company, ideally in FMCG • Strong analytical thinking skills and a very good understanding of complex planning relationships • Resilient, structured, and precise even in a dynamic and demanding environment • Strong communication skills and team player with pronounced stakeholder and expectation management • High standards for process improvement and willingness to constructively challenge the status quo • High IT affinity as well as very good Excel skills and solid ERP experience, ideally with Abacus and/or SAP, Power BI • Very good German and good English skills
