As part of its development, it wishes to strengthen its management team. Your main activities: • Study and preparation of various projects on occupied sites • Management of the relationship with tenants (companies, businesses, and medical operators) • Coordination of property managers and facility managers (without technical expertise) • Rental and contractual management (commercial leases, renewals, indexations) • Management of OPEX/CAPEX budgets, control of invoices and final statements • Reporting to management, performance analysis (occupancy rate, cash flow).
