Your tasks:

• Content Creation: You independently conceive and create creative editorial content (text, image, video).
• Storytelling & Video-Editing: You shoot and edit short videos and implement current trends in a target-group-oriented manner.
• Podcast & Teamwork: You are an important part of the whole, work cross-functionally within the entire team and actively support us in our podcast productions.
• Community Management: You are the voice of our brand and actively interact with our community.
• Editorial Planning & Analysis: You support the team with content planning, writing captions and keep an eye on the most important KPIs (reach, engagement).

What you bring with you:

• Digital Passion: You are at home on social media and know the latest trends.
• Creative Streak: You have a good eye for aesthetics and love producing content.
• Linguistic Flair: You are confident in writing, communicative and write error-free in German.
• Background: You are in the middle of a degree program (media, communication, marketing) or an apprenticeship (e.g., Mediamatik). Career changers are also welcome.
• Mindset: You work independently, are reliable, a team player and are eager to learn new things in the media world.
