Responsibilities You will be responsible for conducting production on a fleet composed of several CNC machining centers dedicated to milling. In this capacity, you will perform routine machine setups, including tool replacement, dimensional corrections related to production variations, and monitoring of machining parameters. You will also ensure visual and dimensional quality controls of the produced parts, while ensuring the proper functioning of equipment through cleaning and first-level maintenance operations. Your role will be essential to guarantee the quality, productivity, and reliability of the manufacturing process. Main tasks: • Production and monitoring of parts on milling machines • Tool changing, sharpening if needed, pre-setting, and restoring parts to dimension • Aesthetic, dimensional, and geometric control in production • Computerized entry of production readings • Management of production documentation (OF, plans, operating ranges) • Regular feedback to the manager on the work accomplished and problems encountered, as well as proposing solutions Profile • Holder of a CFC in production mechanics or an equivalent training (BEP microtechniques, Bac Pro machining technician) • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a production environment on CNC machines (milling, turning, swiss machining, grinding) • Solid knowledge in metrology and good understanding of issues related to machining • Comfortable with reading complex plans and micron tolerances • Mastery of the main dimensional control methods: profile projector, caliper, micrometer, vertical and horizontal dial indicators, measuring bench, plug gauges • Excellent ability to detect appearance and compliance defects using a magnifying glass and binocular • Ability to interpret and modify a program (an asset) • Methodical, rigorous person with a strong sense of organization • Very good visual acuity, sense of detail, and requirement for quality • Great mechanical finesse • Available to work in 3x8 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) • Holder of a driver's license and owns a vehicle • French: spoken and written Benefits We offer you a temporary position for an indefinite period, with the possibility of contributing to the success of a leading company in its field of activity offering an attractive and stimulating working environment.
