Your tasks

You assume the overall operational responsibility for the municipal administration and ensure that the organization functions efficiently, transparently, and in a service-oriented manner. You lead the management as well as the department heads on a professional, organizational, and personal level. In addition, you supervise the support positions of the assistant to the municipal administration management and the security delegate. You implement the decisions of the municipal council and the residents' council, support the municipal council in its strategic and political tasks, and represent the administration's affairs in political bodies. You draft reports, documents, concepts, and analyses on strategically relevant topics and report periodically on the achievement of objectives. Among your specific tasks are the risk management of the municipal administration as well as the overall responsibility for occupational safety and health protection. You ensure that the administration is perceived by the public as a modern, innovative organization that is close to its citizens. You participate in the meetings of the municipal council, the residents' council, and its bureau and actively contribute your expertise.
