Project Manager Funding 80%

In this versatile function, you will examine and accompany funding projects, prepare decision-making bases for the management and the Board of Trustees, and ensure quality as well as controlling of the supported projects. You will be in exchange with funding partners, accompany projects content-wise and administratively, and contribute to making findings from funded projects visible and usable. Additionally, you will participate in high-profile documentation, commission evaluations and expertise, and promote knowledge transfer between practice, the professional world, and the public.

For this task, you bring several years of experience in project funding, ideally in the Swiss foundation, health, or social sectors or in cooperation with funding foundations. You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in the field of social sciences or a comparable qualification. Issues surrounding aging are familiar to you; furthermore, you quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas. Personally, you convince through empathy, humor, systemic thinking, as well as a networked, careful, and solution-oriented way of working.
