Job Description We are looking for an experienced Hotel Housekeeper to join our team in Villars-sur-Ollon. This full-time position involves supervising the cleaning and maintenance activities of the rooms as well as the common areas, while ensuring compliance with the establishment's quality standards. ? Main Missions • Supervise and coordinate the work of the cleaning teams • Control the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas • Participate in the recruitment and integration of staff • Manage staff schedules • Train and support the chambermaids • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards • Collaborate closely with reception and other hotel departments ? Profile sought -- Proven experience in hospitality, ideally as a housekeeper -- Keen sense of detail and organization -- Ability to supervise and motivate a team -- Excellent management of stress and priorities -- Proficiency in français (any other language is an asset) -- Good knowledge of hygiene standards and hotel standards ?
