Senior Project Manager (Data Governance) 80-100%, work location by agreement

How does SRG ensure that its data governance projects are implemented on schedule - and that progress, data quality, and compliance are transparent at all times? As part of the transformation, we are building company-wide Data Governance that achieves exactly that. In the team of the Head of Data Governance, you are the methodical anchor person for the planning, steering, and monitoring of our governance initiatives and ensure, through sound business analysis, that decisions are made on a solid data basis.

This is your contribution ####

• You take over the project and program steering of governance projects and actively participate in their implementation
• You collect, document, and prepare requirements for data governance initiatives and projects
• You develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reportings to monitor data quality, policy compliance, and governance progress
• You support governance controls and participate in the execution of audits
• You coordinate data quality rules and their measurement across domains and ensure audit readiness
• You prepare analyses and decision-making bases for the Head of Data Governance and the Data Governance Council

This is how you impress us ####

• University degree or equivalent training as well as sound experience in business analysis methods and project/program management (classic and/or agile)
• Analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working; confident handling of data, KPIs, and reporting/BI tools
• Strong communication and moderation skills in interdisciplinary and cross-functional settings
• A basic understanding of data management, strategy, and governance. Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK is an advantage, as is a CDMP certification
• Very good language skills at level C1 in a national language as well as German and French at least at level B1, English at level B1
