Your Role: As Production Maintenance Manager, you take overall responsibility for the GMP-compliant, safe, reliable, and economical availability of the technical plants, systems, and infrastructures at the Zofingen site. You develop and implement a sustainable maintenance strategy and lead the maintenance organization technically and personally. This includes employee development, resource and capacity planning, competence management, and succession planning. With your team, you ensure a high-performance organization and promote a culture of safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your Profile: Your Role: Development and implementation of the maintenance and asset management strategy; Ensuring plant availability through risk-based maintenance concepts; Introduction and further development of reliability and asset care programs; Responsibility for budget planning and cost control in the area of maintenance as well as for technical services; Ensuring compliance with GMP, SHE, and regulatory requirements; Guaranteeing a qualified and validated plant status; Technical and personal leadership of the maintenance organization; Development of employees as well as ensuring sustainable succession planning; Further development of processes and organization in the sense of Operational Excellence. Your Profile: Expertise: University degree (FH, ETH or University) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering, or comparable field; alternatively technical basic training with corresponding further training at HF or FH level; Several years of professional experience in maintenance or engineering in a GMP-regulated environment; At least 3 years of leadership experience; Profound knowledge in the areas of GMP, plant management, reliability engineering, and asset management; Experience in budget planning, cost management, and strategic resource control; Business fluent German and English skills.
