What awaits you

• Independent creation of CNC programs with CAM (TopSolid) for milling machines (Heidenhain) as well as Bumotec turn-mill centers (Fanuc)
• Optimization and further development of existing programs regarding quality and efficiency
• Creation and maintenance of setup sheets, manufacturing strategies, and production documentation
• Setting up and operating modern CNC milling machines
• Carrying out quality controls according to requirements and specifications
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (CIP / 5S)

Our customer requests

• Completed training as a polymechanic, ideally with a focus on milling
• Several years of experience in CNC milling, preferably in the multi-axis area
• Experience in CAM programming, ideally with TopSolid
• Confident handling of technical drawings and 3D models
• Structured, precise, and independent way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Flexibility, team spirit, and willingness to take over deputy roles
