Breakfast Manager (M/F/X)
Are you passionate about Catering? Are you not afraid to think differently or to bring new ideas? We have a position made for you! As Breakfast Manager (M/F/X), you will be at the head of a team to together define an entirely different level of customer satisfaction.

Your role:
Ensure the role of leader, mentor and trainer for the operational breakfast team
Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage standards, hygiene standards and current regulations
Develop a strategy on new products and services, analyze your sales and ratios
Offer an unforgettable experience for our customers

Be guarantor of sales, turnover, stocks and service orders

Be proactive in your breakfast and bar proposals and offers

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Essential service quality: management experience is required
Ability to create and maintain good relations with stakeholders
Excellent communication promoting the sharing of information
Ability to manage a team, to share a strong team culture and to encourage performance

Use of Opéra and Simphony is a plus
