Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the smooth functioning of modern buildings. As a Technical Coordinator, you and your team ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.
Your tasks:
Organizing technical activities (HVAC maintenance)
Control and monitoring of operational activity
Support and follow-up in monthly maintenance activity
Being the interlocutor for client managers in the Banking sector
Planning the work of concierges and technicians
Preparation and provision of internal documents and for audits
Initiating and ensuring the follow-up of small projects
Rotational participation in an on-call service
Ensuring administrative follow-up, including reporting of activities carried out on behalf of the client (KPI)
Your profile:
CFC in building technology (heating, sanitary, electricity) or a title deemed equivalent
Good knowledge in the field of building technology and project administration
Experience in team management
Knowledge of German, an asset
Very good mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office)
Comfortable with administrative tasks
Strong customer orientation, strong team spirit
Flexible regarding travel
Communication skills
Driving license mandatory, clean criminal record
