To strengthen the team, an experienced female Construction Project Manager or an experienced male Construction Project Manager is being sought. Job Description In this position, you will take over the construction management of new construction and renovation projects in structural engineering. - You are responsible for deadlines, costs, and quality. - On-site, you lead and coordinate contractors, tradespeople, and specialist planners. - Construction management takes place from execution to handover to the client. - If necessary, you carry out minor plan adjustments yourself. - Cost control, invoicing, and the warranty phase are also part of the area of responsibility. - Your structured way of working ensures a smooth project progress. Hans Eugster 058 300 71 27 Profile Requirements - You bring completed training as a Drafter or Technician in structural engineering. - Ideally, you have completed further training as a Construction Manager or are currently in training. - Several years of experience in the construction management of new builds and renovations in Switzerland is required. - You are familiar with the use of construction administration software. - Experience with ArchiCAD is an advantage. - You appear confident and assertive when dealing with contractors. - Cost awareness, adherence to deadlines, and personal responsibility characterize your way of working.
