Job description

Main missions

• Welcome, advise and serve customers with professionalism.
• Prepare coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, gourmet drinks and other specialties.
• Prepare cold drinks, juices and other preparations according to the establishment's recipes.
• Ensure payment processing and cash register maintenance.
• Ensure the quality of products served and compliance with presentation standards.
• Manage bar supply, stocks and routine orders.
• Maintain a clean workspace in compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
• Participate in the opening and closing of the point of sale.

Profile sought
-----------------

• Proven experience as a Barista or in restaurant service.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee and preparation methods.
• Sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Dynamism, speed of execution and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of English or other languages.
• Good presentation and team spirit.
• Flexible working hours

Assets

• Barista training.
• Experience in high-end hospitality or premium catering.
