As part of an internal transfer, we are recruiting a: (80%) - 12-month fixed-term contract Location: Lausanne (40%) and Vevey (40%) Start date: As soon as possible Salary class: 7 (this salary scale is understood to be validated prerequisites, failing which the classification is made at the level of class -1) What you bring to our mission In connection with a multidisciplinary team, you play a central role in offering individualized social support, organizing care according to current standards, contributing to the life of the shelter and its proper functioning. " Your key missions You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews. You implement a personalized action plan. You support beneficiaries in social, professional and administrative integration. You coordinate with internal and external partners. You ensure compliance with shelter rules. Your profile You have a bachelor's degree in social work from a university of applied sciences (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurance. You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset You have a marked interest in the field of migration.
