Your mission For service provisions for projects ranging from a few days to several months, you will act as a Microsoft 365 technical expert at our clients' sites or on team projects, with the aim of improving or supporting SharePoint OnPremise (16, 19, SE) infrastructures and M365 environments. As a Microsoft 365 specialist, you advise our clients on information architecture in a multi-project context. You help clients identify and specify their needs regarding process automation and, more broadly, digitalization. You facilitate workshops, collect requirements, and rely on the team for their implementation. You contribute to innovation within the team through technology monitoring, the organization of events, or the implementation of work processes. You participate in pre-sales, solution design, and the writing of commercial offers. Based within our branch in Genève or Morges, you will work with our clients throughout the entire Romandie Switzerland region. Your profile Proven experience (+7 years) in the implementation and administration of SharePoint On-Premise and M365 environments, with a good mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment in a broad sense. Proven experience as a technical analyst or in solution architecture. Mastery of Power Automate and Power Apps, especially in environments integrated with SharePoint, is an asset. Knowledge of the K2 Five engine, ideally version five or higher, is an asset. Certifications in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Nintex, or Power Platform are also a plus. Perfect mastery of French, very good level of English. Sense of customer service, consulting, and good interpersonal skills.
