Vista Augenpraxen & Kliniken, with its around 35 locations and approximately 500 employees, is the largest provider of ophthalmology in Switzerland. We offer first-class medical services for our patients and set standards in the specialist disciplines of ophthalmology, eye surgery, and laser eye medicine.

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of the financial accounting team, with currently four employees in this function, you report directly to the Finance Director
• Responsibility for financial and liquidity planning
• Optimization of net working capital (DSO, DIO, DPO)
• Execution of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and IFRS
• Consolidation of the Swiss sub-group for the group financial statements including monthly reporting package
• Management of direct and indirect taxes (VAT, StG, VSt)
• Contact person for internal and external bodies (auditors, authorities, trustees, etc.)
• Development and implementation of internal processes and control mechanisms (IKS)
• Integration of new locations and companies
• Active and independent participation in projects

What you bring with you

• Sound education and further training in finance and accounting (e.g., federal diploma in finance and accounting or comparable)
• Several years of management experience in financial accounting with deep specialist knowledge and quick comprehension
• Leadership competence with a participatory style and high social competence
• Confident handling of closing and accounting regulations according to OR and IFRS as well as experience in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Structured, independent, and process-oriented way of working with a focus on solution-oriented, efficient, and continuous improvement
• Sound experience with ERP systems (Navision, LucaNet/consolidation) as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• German and English skills are required
