Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the technical and infrastructural operation of residential properties
• Coordination and control of caretakers, cleaning companies, craftsmen, and external service providers
• Organization of maintenance, repairs, servicing, and minor renovations
• Contact person for technical concerns, malfunctions, and damage cases
• Organization of restoration work during tenant changes
• Obtaining, checking, and comparing offers
• Monitoring of quality, costs, deadlines, and execution
• Collaboration in budgeting, maintenance planning, and optimization of operating costs
• Maintenance of documentation, contracts, maintenance plans, and property documents

Your profile:

• Training as a technical merchant (technischer Kaufmann), with experience in facility management, technical real estate management, or an adequate function
• Proficient in handling MS-Office
• Very good German skills (stylistically confident in speaking and writing)
