For our purchasing team in Urdorf, we are looking for a fashion-enthusiastic personality with a strong sense for premium menswear as a Premium Business Buyer Men 100%, starting by arrangement.

What you will drive:

• You are responsible for purchasing and strategic assortment design in the premium menswear area
• With your sense for trends, brands, and customer needs, you develop an inspiring and economically successful assortment
• You design and further develop our private labels in close cooperation with internal and external partners
• You discover relevant developments early on and translate them into attractive assortment and brand worlds
• You analyze sales figures and market potentials and derive targeted measures for your assortment from them
• You conduct negotiations with our brand partners confidently, in a partnership-oriented manner, and with a clear view of our economic goals
• You maintain long-term relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate new, exciting brands and partnerships
• You visit national and international showrooms, trade fairs, and suppliers and bring new impulses to our assortment world
• You work closely with our internal specialist departments and ensure that purchasing, brand presence, and customer needs work together perfectly

What defines you:

• You have several years of purchasing experience in retail, ideally in the premium clothing sector
• You bring sound textile knowledge, preferably in the HAKA ready-to-wear sector
• You bring experience in the development and further development of private labels
• Fashion is your passion and you possess a strong sense for trends, brands, and the needs of a demanding clientele
• You combine creativity and stylistic confidence with analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• You convince with negotiating strength, decisiveness, and a professional appearance
• You enjoy working in a team, take on responsibility, and maintain binding cooperation
• You also act flexibly, resiliently, and in a solution-oriented manner in a dynamic environment
• You communicate confidently in German and English; French and Italian skills are an advantage
