The Stiftung azb in Strengelbach is a non-profit institution that offers supported living options, work, as well as training and integration places for around 400 people with mental, physical, or psychological impairments. The electrical specialist department manufactures very complex assemblies for the electrical industry in 3 rooms together with people with support needs and apprentices. For this challenging task in the tension between economic action and social mandate, we are looking for an Electrical Specialist 80 - 100 % to complement our team. Your tasks are: * Coordination of orders for one room * Organizing work processes * Implementation of quality and safety regulations * Guiding people with support needs * Assistance in the implementation of orders. We expect from you: * Training as an Electrician EFZ or equivalent technical training with experience in the electrical field * Joy and understanding in the guidance and promotion of people with support needs and apprentices * Team-oriented, resilient, conscientious and open personality * Independent way of working and organizational flair * Economic and quality-conscious way of working * Professional handling of customers and clients * Good German and MS-Office skills.
