Tasks ##

• Personnel and operational management of the Chur location
• Leadership and development of employees as well as promotion of constructive and performance-oriented collaboration
• Responsibility for a customer-oriented, high-quality and economical operation
• Management of workload, capacities, resources and budget
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of the services offered
• Maintaining and developing relationships with IV offices, employers, institutions and other clients and partners
• Recognising customer needs and development potentials as well as initiating and implementing new offers and improvements
• Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows with regard to efficiency, quality and customer benefit
• Representation of the Chur location within and outside the Rehaklinik Bellikon as well as performing representative tasks

Profile ##

• Completed higher vocational training or university degree in a field relevant to the function
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in taking responsibility and developing employees
• Experience in an SME or a comparable private sector environment
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as understanding of business management contexts
• Knowledge of vocational integration and understanding of its relevant framework conditions
• Existing network in the canton of Graubünden with business, institutions and administration
• Strong customer and service orientation
• High solution orientation, decisiveness and implementation strength
• Very good communication skills and a convincing presence

The Competence Centre for Vocational Integration (KbE) of the Rehaklinik Bellikon offers various measures with a vocational focus. On behalf of IV offices and other clients, specialised professionals accompany people after accidents or illness on their way back to working life. Services at the Chur location include integration measures, vocational assessments, career counselling and job coaching.

An interdisciplinary team of around 11 employees and two civilian service workers work at the Chur location. The KbE Chur is part of the Outpatient Services of the Rehaklinik Bellikon with further KbE locations in Bellikon and St. Gallen.

From 1 January 2027, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and strong leadership personality as Team Leader Vocational Integration Chur.
