To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a dedicated, reliable, and professionally competent personality for the area of forwarding and goods management in the fresh meat segment Employee Forwarding & Goods Management Fresh Meat (m/f/d) 100% Your challenge: Preparation, picking, and control of customer orders including special and large orders Ensuring a smooth flow of goods between the butchery, warehouse, forwarding, production, as well as external companies (e.g., the slaughterhouse) Control of product quality upon goods receipt as well as before goods dispatch Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and safety regulations Checking the minimum shelf life dates (MHD) Coordination and organization with internal and external interfaces Control and processing of the picking lists Monitoring and management of the stock levels in the fresh meat area Support during monthly inventories Prioritization of orders according to specifications as well as assistance in the optimal distribution of scarce stocks Monitoring the freezing and thawing processes Your profile: Completed training as a meat specialist or adequate professional experience Forklift license is an advantage Independent, structured, and reliable way of working Good resilience, flexible, team-oriented as well as sense of order and quality awareness Good user knowledge in Microsoft Office An extremely diverse and independent activity, an exciting workplace, and a familiar, dedicated, and competent team await you.
