Within the Centre de l’Innovation, you play a key role in the evolution of Concerto, a platform at the heart of care pathways and digital usages. At the interface between business units and technical teams, you contribute to defining the platform's directions, managing its evolutions, and supporting their deployment.

You take charge of cross-functional projects and functional evolutions from end to end. In this capacity, you analyze the needs of patients as well as healthcare professionals, understand existing pathways, and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement. You formalize needs, translate them into objectives, functionalities, and processes, and then define priorities, milestones, responsibilities, as well as associated risks and dependencies. You then ensure the management of projects until their production release, guaranteeing respect for deadlines, resources, and deliverables. You also facilitate workshops, working groups, and governance bodies, while ensuring clear and regular reporting to the various stakeholders.

A true link between users and specialized teams, you transform business needs into actionable functional requirements. You collaborate closely with development, UX/UI, architecture, cybersecurity, and integration teams, as well as with medical, nursing, and administrative directorates and other relevant business units. You participate in the design and validation of pathways and functionalities, while challenging requests to identify solutions offering the best balance between usability value, simplicity, feasibility, and consistency with the HUG digital ecosystem. Without necessarily being an IT specialist, you are comfortable with technical issues and know how to facilitate dialogue between different actors.

Beyond project management, you contribute to the overall vision of the platform. You participate in the identification and prioritization of evolutions, the construction and updating of the functional roadmap, as well as the analysis and arbitration of requests based on their impact, available resources, and institutional priorities. You also ensure the identification of interdependencies between projects and systems to guarantee the coherent and scalable development of Concerto, while maintaining a watch on digital health usages and innovations. This function leads you to navigate with ease between strategic thinking and operational implementation.

You also support the testing, validation, and deployment phases of new functionalities. In collaboration with stakeholders, you anticipate organizational impacts, define change management modalities, and contribute to communication, information, and training actions. You support the adoption of new usages by teams, collect feedback from users, and ensure its integration into future evolutions of the platform.

Finally, you participate in the development of a management culture based on data and results. You define indicators for monitoring the use and adoption of functionalities, analyze usages and friction points, measure the benefits obtained, and propose continuous improvement actions. This approach contributes to demonstrating the value of Concerto for patients, professionals, and the institution.

You operate in a cross-functional, complex, and constantly transforming environment. This position requires the ability to unite stakeholders with varied profiles, to create commitment without a direct hierarchical link, and to collectively advance high-stakes projects.

You hold a university degree at Master's level, ideally in engineering, management, public administration, or an equivalent field. Applications from healthcare professionals with complementary training in project management are also welcome.

You benefit from experience in project management, ideally in the healthcare sector or in a Swiss hospital setting, and master the main project management tools and methods, notably HERMES. Knowledge of SharePoint and/or Workfront is an asset.

Organized and rigorous, you know how to manage several files simultaneously, ensure structured follow-up, and produce quality deliverables. You possess strong analysis, synthesis, and writing skills, which allow you to formalize needs, structure processes, and identify areas for improvement.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you are comfortable facilitating multidisciplinary working groups and know how to adapt your communication to various interlocutors. You enjoy teamwork, promote collaboration, and know how to mobilize stakeholders around common objectives.

Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented, you like to evolve in an environment of continuous transformation. Your adaptability, autonomy, and initiative allow you to approach new themes effectively and support change in a constructive manner.

Finally, your interest in hospital professions, your creativity, your sense of community, and your positive attitude will make you an asset to the Centre de l’innovation team.

Key skills: organization, rigor, analysis, communication, collaboration, autonomy, adaptability, and results orientation.
