It is looking for a Production Manager to drive process optimization, methods, and support the teams on a daily basis.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You manage the daily organization of production by continuously optimizing flows, working methods, and workstations, transforming every operational challenge into an opportunity for measurable improvement
• You are the technical reference person for the workshop, creating concrete solutions (tooling, fixtures, instructions) that simplify the daily work of the teams and strengthen their efficiency
• You pragmatically resolve issues that slow down production, by analyzing machines, processes, and equipment to provide fast and sustainable solutions
• You analyze production cycles, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization projects directly impacting profitability and team satisfaction
• You support, advise, and motivate teams as a technical referent, creating a collaborative environment where everyone can improve and contribute to collective objectives
• You direct the weekly and daily planning of the workshop, coordinating resources, deadlines, and priorities to ensure optimal production fluidity

You offer your new employer

• You have a technical education (ES technician, electronics technician, automation technician or equivalent training in an industrial field) providing an in-depth understanding of processes and technologies
• You have proven experience in an industrial production environment, ideally enriched by projects in methods optimization
• You are familiar with common IT tools and production management software (ERP, MES, or planning), complemented by ease with digital design and documentation tools
• You are a hands-on person, passionate about solving concrete problems, with the natural charisma to unite a team, communicative enthusiasm, and the required methodological rigor
