For our location in Agno, Ticino, we are looking for Grinders on six-axis CNC machines for the production of solid carbide tools

Main tasks

• Production and regrinding of high-precision carbide tools
• Setting up and using six-axis CNC grinding machines
• Use of multiple grinders simultaneously
• Quality control

Fundamental requirements

• Federal Diploma of Polymechanic (AFC) or equivalent five-year qualification

(mechanical expert, mechanical industry technician, mechatronics technician)

• At least 1 year of work experience on 5-axis CNC machines represents a preferential qualification
• Good knowledge of trigonometry
• Knowledge of ISO and Fanuc programming languages (or equivalent software)
• Previous experience in grinding carbide tools represents a preferential qualification in the selection
• Availability for shift work, including night shifts
• Open and collaborative personality, interested in teamwork
