Tasks
Leadership and coordination of a team on the construction site
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Planning and organization of daily work processes
Communication with construction managers and other trades
Control of material consumption and working hours
Support in the practical implementation of construction work
Qualifications
Completed training in the construction industry or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership position
Sound knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Category B driver's license
