Product OWNER / business analyst Digitale Transformation #

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY You accompany our customers on-site during the transformation to future-proof digital organizations. In this key position, you build the bridge between IT and the specialist departments. You lead the development team at our customer and are responsible for the backlog as well as the implementation of the requirements. In doing so, you use proven procedural models and enjoy working in an agile environment. You create concepts, specifications, use cases as well as process documentation and are an important part of the entire development and implementation process. You coordinate your tasks independently and responsibly and ensure audience-appropriate communication with all stakeholders.

YOUR PERSONALITY You have a completed education in business administration, business informatics, informatics with a technical background. You are an expert in the recording and analysis of business requirements with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Agile is not a foreign word to you, but a way of life. Certifications according to HERMES, IREB, SCRUM, IBBA, etc. are a plus. Depending on experience and personal preferences, you move more in the area of Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering or as a Product Owner. You keep a cool head even in hectic situations, are proactive, resilient and strong in implementation. You can use your natural manner and good manners profitably with customers and colleagues. You can communicate perfectly in German, good French skills and English are an advantage.
