For our company based in Nyon, we are looking for an immediate or agreed-upon entry for a committed personality as: Payroll Specialist, 40-60% Your responsibilities: You ensure complete, punctual and qualitative payroll administration from A to Z for our sites in German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland You enter and mutate data in the Abacus system You participate in the development of statistics, reports as well as quarterly and annual closures You manage with expertise everything related to LPP, APG, AVS, LAA, withholding tax, etc. You are responsible for year-end work such as salary revision, social insurance, compensation fund, etc. You advise employees and the HR team in a competent manner on salary and social insurance related questions You actively contribute to the optimization of the new Abacus payroll system - notably in process and project optimization Your profile: Completed commercial training and ongoing training in the HR/Payroll field Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel and salary administration Excellent Excel skills, experience with Abacus highly appreciated Mastery of French and German, spoken and written Autonomous and precise working method, while having a loyal and reliable personality Warm, humorous and service-oriented personality We offer you: Varied and interesting work A pleasant atmosphere within an entrepreneurial and benevolent team Flexible hours and telecommuting for a good balance between professional and private life Exclusive discounts with many brands and partners, including via "Brands for Employees", health insurance, continuing education partners Have we piqued your curiosity?
