La Fondation dreischiibe is an innovative non-profit social enterprise. In our multi-purpose service and activity center in Herisau, Saint-Gall and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people suffering from mental health disorders through 220 workplaces, training and integration positions. In the day center and the meeting center, we promote social integration with more than 63 places for visitors. On behalf of invalidity insurance and other orientation offices, we accompany people suffering from mental health disorders on their path towards the ordinary labor market. We support apprentices during their training, their internships and their entry into professional life as well as adults in the development of their capacity to work and their professional reintegration. We collaborate closely with employers and other partners of the ordinary labor market. For a maternity replacement, we are looking for an experienced personality starting now or by arrangement as Integration Advisor / Job Coach (50-60%) Fixed-term contract until end of 2027 • Your tasks • You accompany people from IV measures and other orientation offices from entry to integration into the ordinary labor market. • In collaboration with clients and employers, you coordinate the entire integration process. • You organize internships, professional training, apprenticeship positions and job placements. • You work in close collaboration with internal and external interest groups. • You support active people in preserving their employment or in their professional retraining. • You actively maintain your network with employers and orientation offices and develop our integration offer. • Your profile • You have a completed EFZ professional training as well as at least five years of professional experience in an economic or social environment. • You have training or continuing education in the field of job coaching, ergagogy, professional placement or counseling, or are willing to train in this field. • You have experience in the professional integration of people suffering from mental health disorders as well as knowledge of social insurance and labor law that you apply with confidence in your daily work. • You are distinguished by great social and advisory competence as well as a respectful attitude. • You communicate with confidence and present yourself in a convincing manner. • You approach your tasks autonomously, structured and responsibly. • You enjoy collaboration with different interest groups and networking comes naturally to you. • You possess a category B driver's license and a personal car. • What awaits you • A varied and meaningful activity in a social enterprise, • Freedom to act and the possibility to bring your own ideas, • A motivated and helpful team that supports each other and • attractive employment conditions. • Place of work • 9000 Saint-Gall • Saint-Gall • 9000 • Saint-Gall
