Site Manager Maintenance Cleaning 40 %

In our sites, you will recruit, lead and train our cleaning employees. You are also responsible for ordering materials, supervising the cleaning staff and monitoring quality assurance. Administrative tasks of payroll processing are also part of this interesting and varied activity.

• Experience in building cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as leadership experience
• Flexibility, resilience and reliability
• Professional and correct appearance in dealing with customers and employees
• Good oral and written German skills
• Own vehicle is a requirement

Since we perform our services in customer sites during off-peak hours, work assignments in a time window between and o'clock and evenings from o'clock should basically be possible for you.
