• Support: You provide second-level support for our contractual partners
• Optimization: You support the specialist application manager in identifying application improvements and training priorities
• Coordination: You support the brand divisions in the implementation of programs in system-relevant issues
• Partner management: You accompany contractual partners in the mutation process from new entry via status changes to exit
• Communication: You ensure the internal distribution of information on innovations, updates and best practices

What you bring with you ##

• Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the automotive industry and enjoy direct exchange with customers
• Education / Further education: You have a basic technical training in automotive technology. Commercial further education is an advantage
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and have good oral and written French skills
• Digital Skills: You are confident in the M365 environment and bring a pronounced affinity for IT and system topics
• Personality Fit: You bring people, processes and systems together, communicate at eye level and maintain an overview even in complex contexts
