• the interpretation of ideas: analysis of banking topics (e.g., payment transactions, securities trading, customer and card management) and gathering the requirements of users
• the definition of ideas: visualization of solutions using prototypes (based on style guides, proven interaction patterns, and design principles)
• the coordination of ideas: merging the requirements of internal and external stakeholders (regular sounding within the framework of workshops)
• the consolidation of solutions: elaboration of functional and technical user stories
• Third-Party-Provider, interfaces as well as their architecture and functional design
• the implementation of solutions: ensuring high quality standards through suitable acceptance criteria, structured testing, and documentation
• the maintenance of solutions: support in the assessment and qualification of problems and wishes submitted by client banks

• with your curiosity, your solution-oriented thinking, and your can-do mentality. You think unconventionally and drive topics forward independently.
• with a completed higher education in economics, finance, or informatics or with several years of professional experience and corresponding further training (e.g., IREB, CPRE, CBAP, CPUX)
• several years of experience in business analysis
• with your ability to abstract complex processes, recognize cross-departmental connections, and communicate ideas clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner
• ideally with banking expertise and good technical knowledge regarding web applications, modeling languages (e.g., UML or BPMN), and prototyping tools
• with business fluent German and English
