Then strengthen us immediately or by arrangement at our location in Subingen as a Product Management Clerk. Your tasks: • Record new products in the shop and maintain existing items (texts, images, attributes, prices). • Product photography – you put our items in the right light. • Customer service: processing support tickets as well as looking after customers on-site. • Sales and consultation on-site in our showroom. • Assistance at trade fairs and looking after our stand. • In an emergency, you help out in the warehouse. We expect: • Technically savvy and interested; experience with electronics and electronic projects (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printing or similar) is an advantage – but not a must. • Careful, independent and reliable way of working. • Enjoyment of customer contact and communicative appearance. • Good German skills in spoken and written form; French or English is an advantage. • Confident handling of the computer; affinity for online shops and photography is a plus. • Teamwork skills, flexibility and a portion of maker curiosity.
