Production Employee Assembly

Your tasks: Ensuring the timely processing of assembly orders • Independently defining the production-related processes and determining the necessary tools and fixtures • Packaging work • Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of assembly tools and machines • Supporting the operation of lathes and milling machines as needed (setting up and operating) • Exercising the self-inspection function for the manufactured workpieces • Documenting initial orders and prototypes • Contributing to the continuous improvement process (KVP) What you bring: • Basic mechanical training • Experience in assembly is mandatory • Experience in handling CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering (mechanics) • Knowledge of at least two of our target industries (Medical, Process Automation, Energy Technology) • Very good technical understanding • Team-oriented thinking • Good German language skills
