Portfolio Manager 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

Your exciting tasks include:

• Investments / Controlling: Operational implementation of asset investments via collective investment vehicles within the framework of the investment strategy, the investment plan, the bandwidth mechanism and other specifications of the foundation board and the investment commission
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements as well as responsibility for liquidity management and cash management
• Preparation of the ongoing investment plan as well as the decision-making and controlling documents for the investment commission and the foundation board
• Cooperation with external service providers and investment partners as well as monitoring service quality, performance and cost efficiency
• Committee work: Organization and preparation of the investment commission meetings, preparation of sound decision-making bases, participation in meetings, follow-up work and minute-taking
• Collaboration on projects: such as conducting periodic ALM studies with external partners, preparation of ESG reporting, further development of sustainability topics as part of risk management
• Support of the managing director during foundation board meetings, participation in the strategic development of the foundation as well as preparation and updating of management and risk indicators.

You bring with you:

• Degree in Finance, Banking or comparable specialist training in portfolio management. Further training in the field of occupational pension schemes, e.g. as a head of occupational pension schemes or comparable, is an advantage
• several years of professional experience in the management of institutional assets at a bank, insurance company or ideally at a pension fund
• Experience in leading strategic committees
• Enjoyment in cooperating with the various internal specialist teams as well as with external partners
• very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
