For our client, a Swiss company producing innovative medical devices based on optical fiber, used in phototherapy, we are looking for a 100% Product Engineer for an open-ended contract.
Your tasks at your new employer
You structure, update and maintain the technical files of medical devices in strict compliance with the European MDR regulation
You ensure the follow-up of design documentation and ensure its consistency throughout the product life cycle
You prepare regulatory compliance elements for several international markets in coordination with internal teams
You collect and consolidate data from production, R&D, the clinical service and quality control to enrich the files
You contribute to the drafting and updating of quality procedures, forms and instructions
You actively participate in internal and external audits
You explore and integrate artificial intelligence tools to automate data extraction, improve documentation drafting and detect inconsistencies
You offer your new employer
You are a HES or EPF engineer in microtechnique or can justify an equivalent training
You have ideally already worked in an ISO 13485 certified environment or in a highly regulated industry
You are proficient in French and English, both spoken and written, a C1 level being required in both languages
You are comfortable with structured documents, office tools and digital document management tools
You possess basic knowledge of MDR or FDA requirements
You demonstrate rigor, analytical skills and a true taste for new technologies, while maintaining an excellent sense of contact
