Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (m/w/d) 100%

For our client, an established company in the field of building and facility management in the Winterthur region, we are looking for a skilled and responsible specialist with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) in facility management, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

In this versatile role, you will take on the ongoing maintenance of buildings, technical systems, and outdoor facilities and ensure that everything remains in perfect condition. You will carry out smaller repair and maintenance work independently, monitor the operation of technical installations, recognize defects early, report them, and rectify them specifically. The care and cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, the maintenance of green spaces, paths, and squares, as well as winter service including snow removal, are also part of your daily routine. Furthermore, you will coordinate external tradespeople on-site, accompany their assignments, and assist with internal transports and moves. Regular inspection rounds complete your activity, whereby you always pay attention to compliance with the applicable safety and quality standards.

Requirements

You have completed training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ and ideally already bring initial professional experience in building or facility management. Manual dexterity and a good technical understanding are essential for this position. You work independently, reliably, and with a strong sense of responsibility, are physically resilient, and look forward to a varied assignment both indoors and outdoors. Your appearance is friendly and well-groomed, you communicate well in German, and ideally possess a driving license of category B.
