Your main tasks
Competent customer advice in the field of wood materials by telephone and email
Receiving and processing inquiries and orders
Project support from the offer to delivery
Turntable function between field service, customers, and suppliers
Your profile
Vocational training as a carpenter EFZ, or commercial vocational training with sales experience in the wood material trade
A few years of experience in the construction or construction-related industry is an advantage, preferably in the wood material sector
Negotiation skills in exchange with customers and suppliers
High service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork skills
Good MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage
Proficient German in speaking and writing
Enjoyment of sales and trade
