Responsibilities ###

As a Masonry Team Leader, your main missions will include:

• Supervising and coordinating a team of masons on construction sites.
• Organizing and planning work while respecting deadlines.
• Ensuring the quality of achievements in accordance with plans and current standards.
• Ensuring safety on the construction site and compliance with instructions.
• Collaborating with other trades and site managers.
• Actively participating in masonry work (formwork, reinforcement, concreting, etc.).

Qualifications ###

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A recognized training in the field of masonry or structural work.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar position.
• Excellent mastery of reinforced concrete construction techniques.
• Skills in reading plans and site organization.
• A team spirit and leadership qualities.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work outdoors.
• A valid driver's license (category B).
