What you can achieve

• Ensuring and administering the stable and performant operation of the Atlassian Suite
• Management, configuration, and further development of the Atlassian Suite including workflows, processes, permissions, and integrations
• Development of new functions based on user requirements while considering security specifications and data protection compliance
• Implementation and control of Incident, Change, Service Request, and Configuration Management considering ITIL methodology
• Training and support of IT teams, documentation of workflows, and ensuring support

What you bring with you

• Vocational training or higher education in computer science or career changer with corresponding further training in computer science
• Sound knowledge of Atlassian products, especially Jira and Confluence
• Several years of experience in Application Management
• Knowledge in Business Analysis as well as in ITSM tool management is an advantage
• Strong process thinking and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of consulting, gathering requirements, and their implementation
• Team player with high initiative and a conscientious way of working
• Very good German skills; English skills (Level B2) are an advantage
• Military career as a higher non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
