Do you want to leverage your legal knowledge in an exciting social security law environment and actively contribute to legal certainty? For our new Compensation Fund/Disability Insurance Law team, we are looking for a committed person, sensitive to social security, starting from 1 January 2027 or by agreement. In this versatile role, you will conduct appeal and complaint procedures, provide legal advice, and examine complex situations. Your main focus lies in the field of disability insurance, while also offering your availability to participate in legal matters concerning the compensation fund.

Your tasks

• You autonomously conduct complaint procedures before cantonal and federal courts.
• You provide legal advice both internally and externally.
• You participate in interdisciplinary meetings and work on projects, working groups, as well as during training sessions.
• You conduct opposition procedures for benefits according to LAVS (compensation for assistance/technical aids).
• You process requests for free legal aid as well as other AI fund matters.

Your skills

• You have a university degree in law (lic.iur. or MLaw).
• You have initial professional experience, ideally in social security law.
• You like working in an interdisciplinary and autonomous manner.
• You possess high social competence as well as a solution-oriented and service-oriented approach to work.
• You are empathetic, reliable, structured, and flexible.
• You have impeccable oral and written expression and a confident style.
