• Form the Java development team as an independent chapter and lead it personnel-wise
• Coach employees and promote them in their careers
• Plan personnel requirements and recruit specialists
• Ensure career paths and further training for all and coordinate the training of apprentices with the stakeholders
• Commission external service providers and manage services

What makes you unique

• University degree in computer science or comparable training with professional experience in software development
• Several years of leadership experience in software development, also in change processes with experienced employees
• Java knowledge sufficient for in-depth discussions about code quality, methods, and technology choice with the team
• Experience with teams of internal and external specialists, with the procurement of services and with the training of apprentices and the further development of experienced professionals
• Good active knowledge of a second official language
