Area of responsibility Tasks Prepare tables and welcome guests • Carefully set and decorate tables • Use dishes and cutlery suitable for the menu • Prepare plate warmers • Greet guests • Accompany guests to their table, take their jackets Attend to guests • Bring guests the menu and explain the menu • Advise guests on drinks and food, also in a foreign language • Recommend suitable drinks for the menus • Arrange and serve food attractively • Refill drinks • Pay attention to guests' wishes • Create the bill and bring it to the guests • Collect the payment and bid farewell to the guests Requirements • Training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or long-term experience in a comparable function • Ability to work in a team • Friendly • Flexible • Very good German language skills Start date By agreement Working hours 60 Type of employment Permanent employment Languages German: negotiation-secure Workplace Bätterkinden
