In this role, you will contribute significantly to ensuring plant availability and take responsibility for the technical support of the plants and processes in your area of responsibility, in strict compliance with all relevant specifications.This includes, for example, the solution production including the freezing and thawing process as well as the auxiliary plants, the filling of ready-to-use syringes and liquid vials and the freeze-drying plants (in isolator or cleanroom technology) as well as inline and offline inspection.The OpportunityAs an Electrician / Automation Technician (m/f/d), you are part of the Technical Unit team and report to one of the six Asset Care Leads. In your role, you will work closely with the production units within the -Manufacturing Unit Sterile Filling- and local interfaces. Professional rectification of faults on highly automated plants (first level support). Recognizing, analyzing and evaluating plant malfunctionsIndependent execution of planned maintenance activities and performing changeover work (format changes)Ensuring and optimizing plant availability, as well as working according to regulatory requirements in the GMP environment including documentation of the maintenance activities performedClose cooperation and continuous exchange with the technical departments of neighboring assetsClose cooperation with interfaces, particularly Operations and Automation EngineeringWorking and living the LEAN philosophy through participation in continuous process and plant optimization as well as in the management of spare and wear partsWillingness for on-call work if requiredWillingness for normal working hours, as well as shift work in 2-shift operation, 3-shift operation (continuous) and 5-shift operation (fully continuous in the 6/4 model).Who You AreCompleted technical training as (m/f/d) Automation Technician / Electrician / Mechatronics TechnicianAt least 3 years of professional experience (since completion of training) in the maintenance and servicing of production plants in pharmaceutical production/packaging or in a highly regulated environment, specific experience with sterile filling plants (e.g., vials, ampoules, syringes) is an advantageIn addition to your sound knowledge of control and regulation technology (e.g., PLC basics), you also bring an independent, communicative, resilient and flexible personality, enjoy working independently, take responsibility and like working in a teamKnowledge in the maintenance of dosing devices, cleaning and sterilization units (e.g., CIP/SIP systems - Cleaning-in-Place/Sterilization-in-Place)Confident use of standard PC programs (MS-Office and Google), as well as experience with computer-aided maintenance systems (e.g., SAP)Very good German language skills in spoken and written form & English skills are an advantageOperating electrician permit according to NIV13 is an advantage Ready for the next step?
